Vacation Rental Amenities
Queen size bed, full size bed, sleeps 1-5. Frig w ice maker, full
size washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, cable TV, basic Phone,
high speed internet service, all linens and kitchen appliances and
ammenities are included, BBQ on condo patio and at pool area.
Dining table can be extended with leaf, also has 6 chairs. Master
bath has shower and tub with double sinks. Second bath has oversized
shower, both baths have towells and linens. Three TVS,
videos, DVD's, stereo with CD's, adult and children games in game
closet. Any Special needs or wants? Ask me, if I can acommadate, I
will. October - December 2006 - $1950/month
January - April 2007 - $2250/month
** Call early for extended stays, as dates go quickly. Weekly Rates
may be available upon request.
$500 deposit holds your scheduled dates. All refundable if unit is
left in good condition, except a $100 cleaning fee.
